Nan Wilson started MAM in 2000 with a vision to merge the primary facets of advertising music royalty collection. Years of ad experience with agencies, music production and media buying had revealed to her new, more efficient methods for collecting music royalties not yet pursued within the industry. Nan's mission is to educate and advocate for new possibilities in the advertising music royalty world, both within the U.S. and globally.

Kelli Nichols is a ruler of many talents. She first dove into collecting data for the environmental compliance industry, working with seafood companies and Alaskan fishing boats. In her spare time, Kelli enjoys ruling the turntables for parties and friends, paddleboarding like a mad woman, and is an outstanding certified nutritionist.

Growing up in Colombia, Ricardo had no idea he would one day be a professional musician, traveling the world with guitar case in hand. But that’s exactly where he found himself after earning his B.F.A. in Jazz Guitar – touring the world for five years with a cruise ship’s show band. Aboard ship he “explored” endless styles and cultures of music with musicians from all over the world. Ricardo eventually also discovered a natural talent in IT management. His journey at last brought him to MAM, where he’s helping chart new frontiers in MAM’s technical solutions and music data services.
