New Toys for Music "Work"
One of the beauties of human life is how we continue to brainstorm, test, learn, and innovate for the sake of improving our everyday experience.
Which is why we're so excited about a few new toys that could one day work their way into professional composer toolkits.
Imogen Heap has spent the last four years creating a power glove for composers. She affectionately calls it the Mi.Mu, and it could just bring everyone a bit closer to our childhood fantasy of just waving our hands around to create music.
Still in the dark on what music to even write/wave? Then check out Hum, a $2 iPhone app that works like a 'songwriter's notebook'. It just got a rave write up with Evolver.fm.
Have you tried the app yet? Does it work, or does it need work? We wanna hear what you think.
Any other new music composing toys on the horizon you're excited about?
